As the service is labelled as cleaning and disinfection, it was expected that area would first be cleaned and then sanitized/disinfected. But no cleaning task was performed. When the same was questioned from service provider, he said only disinfection is done under this service.
So I personally feel that this service name is a misnomer though disinfection was done properly by wearing mask and PPE kit .
