I booked an AC repair service from Sewa Mitra on April 13th. Initially, the service was completed within 3-4 days, but soon after, I noticed the AC was not cooling properly. The technician acknowledged an error in replacing the coil, which caused the issue. Despite several complaints and delays, the issue was resolved around May 18th, with assurances of warranties.Recently, on July 7th and 8th, the AC stopped cooling again due to gas issues covered under warranty. However, the technician tried to charge me for the service, which was supposed to be covered. After negotiation, he agreed to a lower fee but provided incomplete service, leading to another breakdown on July 11th.I'm deeply disappointed with the inconsistency and unprofessionalism of Sewa Mitra's service. Despite paying additional charges earlier, my AC hasn't functioned properly for even 1.5 months out of the supposed three-month warranty period. The communication and service quality have been subpar, causing immense inconvenience.I strongly advise against using this technician or relying on Sewa Mitra for any future services. The overall experience has been highly disappointing, and I regret using this app
